Credit Card Policy:
We only ship to the billing address on the credit card unless arrangements are made in advance.
Orders over $50 are currently free
Large items such as 600-700 kits and carry bags will be sent UPS Ground
Most items ship from Portland, Oregon - in rare cases we may drop ship from the US distributor
USPS ships daily
UPS ships in 24hrs
Free shipping for large kits and bags may not be possible to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We will do our best but UPS rates can get very high to these destinations.
Online shipping rates do not apply to international orders - please email us for a quote email@example.com
GoPro items cannot ship overseas
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. This normally occurs if the shipping and billing addresses don't match.
Not responsible for typographical errors.
New unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund. A restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping, credit card fees, and handling may apply.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If the package has been opened, the warranty is handled by the manufacturer.
We will help you work with the manufacturer on your behalf.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following: Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
