Store Policies
Credit Card Policy:
We only ship to the billing address on the credit card unless arrangements are made in advance.
Shipping Policy:
We use USPS priority mail for almost all packages.
Some large items such as 600-700 kits may be sent UPS
Online shipping rates do not apply to international orders - please email us for a quote sales@lowerheli.com
Returns Policy:
New unopened resaleable or defective items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for refund. Please contact us for an RMA number prior to shipping things back.
